Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping

We charge a flat rate fee of £3.95 for all our shipping. Items are dispatched within 1-3 days, and delivery is expected within 2-3 days. Please note that orders placed after 1pm on a Friday, or over the weekend will not be dispatched until the next working business day. Usual business days are Monday to Friday. We use a signed for postal service for our parcels to ensure their safe arrival. If you need an item more quickly, please get in touch for alternative delivery arrangements.

Currently, we do not offer shipping outside of the UK. If you live outside the UK and would like to make an order, please get in touch.

Returns

We hope that you love your products from North East Chandlery, but if for any reason you are unhappy or would like to return an item please let us know within 14 days of receipt by sending an email to hello@northeastchandlery.com. We will do our best to resolve the situation by either sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a signed for service as the item is your responsibility until it is received by us. Please note that we will only refund the sale price for the items, and not for postage.

 

Faulty goods

North East Chandlery takes the utmost care to ensure that all our products meet our quality control standards and reach you safely. All our products are handmade, using natural materials, so please allow for a small amount of natural variation in the colour and appearance of our products. If you receive your item and find it to be faulty, please let us know immediately so that we can arrange to replace or refund your item.
